when reporting bullying for someone else if you've witnessed it or you've been told about it should always be reported to either your teacher or your parents/careers. If the person if being online bullied then make sure they keep track of all messages and calls to help show to teachers or higher authority. For more physical severe cases make sure to inform your teacher who can pass it on to your head teacher. Under no circumstance try to deal with it yourself it will only lead to more trouble for your case tell a trusted teacher and be a good friend to that person and make sure they are okay!

reporting your own case of bullying it can be harder. Depending on how severe the bullying is depends on who you report it too but also what kind of bullying. For less severe cases you can go tell a parent/career or even a trusted teacher. If the bullying is more physical then you should tell your parents/careers to bring it up with your head teacher as they have the duty to make school a safe place for you. Online bullying should be reported to a parent/career and you should keep track of all messages and calls made to show higher authority if needed.
