physical bullying
physical bullying is a form of aggressive behaviour that aims to scare or hurt someone. This can be using their body or an object to hurt the person. Examples of this includes hitting, kicking, slapping, pinching, tripping, pushing and stealing someone's things. Physical bullying can lead to serious physical and emotional damage.

verbal bullying
Verbal bullying is when you are using unkind words with the purpose of hurting another person. Verbal bullying could also be a written message. These unkind words are said to make the other person feel upset and uncomfortable. Exanples of verbal bullying can be spreading rumours and gossiping. Verbal bullying has a long term affect for the persons mental health and make them feel more down about themselfs.

social bullying
Social bullying is when you use someones relationships and social standing to make fun of them. This includes spreading nasty rumours and public humiliation or excluding people. Social bullying can also be social manipulation. Social bullying can also badly affect peoples mental health and self confidence.
